The Practice

Our Health Mission

My experience as a Personal Trainer and current competitor allows me to put your healing needs first from a lived experience that is relatable; a desire to be healthy and happy. I am proud to provide a high-quality level of customer service, an understanding of the overlaps between physical and mental health, and commitment to health and wellness as a whole to all my clients. The intention is to make you feel happier and more confident within yourself, while achieving results-based accomplishments related to your specific physical or objective goal - for example, entering your first half-marathon would be focused on specific methods like breath control to manage physical exertion, strengthening specific areas more so than others within the body (think glutes, quads, calf's activation, foot placement awareness to name a few), but also creating a mindset of belief and excitement for the journey oppose to fear and worry about the outcome. This is the holistic vision of Nirvana Holistic Health & Fitness.

Experience and Professionalism

 I currently hold my certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, my level 2 boxing & hiit boxing qualifications, and level 1 kickboxing qualifications as a coach. I have trained extensively in Martial Arts with my foundation being in Jiu jitsu, of which I still compete winning the Gold in the NQ BJJ Summer Cup in my latest event. 

I have completed a double degree in Philosophy (Arts) and Indigenous Studies (Arts), minoring in Philosophy of Psychology. I am currently in the process of choosing a post-graduate pathway to bring about both my love for fitness and mental health together comorbidly.   

Health as wealth

As a representation of my desire to bring good health and happiness to the community, I will be providing personal training, group sessions and fitness programs to NDIS and other mental health services for free.
